Ghoul arm

I was inspired by kaneki from tokyo ghoul to create this arm easily adaptable to any body if you know blender.

If you want to switch arms like in the video you just have to merge the shoulder and adapt the shouler to your body.

for the unity side you just have to put a rotation constraint on the bone which are not merged.

Blendshape highly recommended.
